Service Description

Welcome to Mama Magic - creating wellness spaces for mothers to come together in community. We'll get out of our heads and into our bodies with somatic practices, dance, yoga, singing and more! You're very welcome to bring along your little one(s) of any age, or come alone if circumstances allow. This session’s theme: Wild & Sacred Mama A playful, embodied exploration of the Maiden and Mother archetypes through free movement, helping us reconnect with our wild & sacred essence. We'll spend 60 minutes together in studio to move, share, and connect, followed by optional coffee, chats, and chill time in the lovely SunFyr garden.
