An energising and creative vinyasa class designed to leave you feeling brighter, stronger, and more balanced in both body and mind. With a focus on breath-led movement and intelligent sequencing, Awakening Flow builds gradually, offering space to explore, grow, and move with intention. 



Nourishing Flow | Tuesdays 10am, The Painted Barn 🎨

Nourishing Flow is your weekly invitation to slow down, soften, and return home to yourself. This meditative class is designed to guide you inward - out of the mind and into the wisdom of your body. With a strong emphasis on presence and self-connection, this class is a beautiful way to ground, reset, and refill your cup - nourishing body, mind, and spirit.
